Gale Presents: Peterson’s Test and Career Prep Online

This workshop will focus on Gale Presents: Peterson’s Test and Career Prep. The resource provides essential tools to help students make the most of their opportunities in both the academic and professional world. Peterson's provides in-depth information on colleges and universities, includes various practice tests for important exams, and offers resume and cover letter building tools.

This session will review the following:

  • Overview of the resource and what it contains
  • Key features & how to use them
  • Live demo of the following tools: practice tests, career assessment, resume builder, scholarship & financial aid tools, and the job search tool

Host: Rachael Hinojosa, Gale

Bio: Rachael Hinojosa is a trainer on the Gale Academic Outreach and Engagement team and loves to connect faculty and students with the resources they need. She is always eager to help Gale’s library partners and their students make the most of their archives, databases and ebooks holdings in order to improve access and engagement. Rachael has a BA from the University of Michigan in Classical Language and Literature and is always up for a chat about papyrus, Aristophanes or science fiction.
